The short version.
Trevor the assistant
Section titled “Trevor the assistant”Trevor is our AI helper. When you chat with him or upload photos, documents or wiring diagrams, that content is stored and used to improve Trevor — so he gets better at answering TVR restoration questions for everyone.
- Comments you leave on wiki pages are public, with your display name (or the start of your email if you haven’t set one) and the date. Only register an account or post things you’re happy to share publicly.
- Chats may be kept and reviewed to improve answers.
- Uploaded photos and files become part of Trevor’s knowledge so he (and others) can learn from them later.
- Photos may be shown publicly on the wiki — they’re grouped into a Photo reference so the community can identify parts, and Trevor may show relevant ones in chat. Only upload photos you’re happy to share publicly.
- Please don’t upload anything private (personal details, addresses, payment info) or anything you don’t have the right to share — this is a shared, public resource.

Section titled “Trevor can be wrong”Trevor is AI. Always double-check anything safety-critical (brakes, fuel, suspension, electrics) against the official manual or a professional before relying on it.
